If the delivered product does not match the specifications provided at the time of order, we will conduct an internal review. If needed, we will revise or recreate the content at no extra cost. To request a revision, please notify us of any concerns within 15 days of receiving your completed order.
Each package has its own revision policy, which is explained in the service description. Revisions are available within 15 days after the order status changes to “Waiting for Customer Approval” in our Order Management Platform. The exact revision period depends on the package you select.
You can request revisions once the product is ready for your review and the status updates to “Waiting for Customer Approval.” To submit a revision request, please email your assigned Project Manager to confirm that the original requirements have been met.
After the order is completed, you may also make personal changes to the content, as it will be delivered in Word format. You retain full rights to the content before it is published.
If you decide to cancel your project after placing an order, you can request a full refund within the first hour. After that, any refund request will be subject to a 40% processing fee.
Our Guarantee: We are committed to delivering projects on time. If a project is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and the client has made at least three attempts to contact us, a 50% refund will be issued, provided there is documented proof that the delay was our responsibility.
Client-Related Delays: Refunds will not be granted if the delay is caused by the client’s actions or changes in requirements.
We strive to provide timely and reliable services, but understand that some factors may cause delays. We will work to resolve any issues fairly based on the situation.
